JR Solutions

Jessie Ramirez is a structural engineer with over 15 years of experience solving complex challenges in industrial and infrastructure construction. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.

His expertise lies in structural design and construction engineering, where he works directly with contractors to develop solutions that are both technically sound and executable in the field. Known for navigating complex construction constraints, Jessie delivers engineering that aligns with how projects are actually built.

His work spans structural systems, foundation design, complex connection design, and earth retention—resolving demanding conditions where precision and execution are critical.
